Grace Shooting Services and Club Inc. (GSAC ) is engaged in the production of munitions/ammunition (lethal and less-lethal) for the military, law enforcement and the civilian market. GSAC has over 40 years combined experience in ammunition and firearms and its expansion by acquisition. The combined facilities of the its mid west site, South Carolina sites, its two Florida sites and other acquisitions for the Distribution and Manufacturing of Ammunition and Military items will make GSAC one of the largest ammunition companies in the USA if not the world. GSAC also recognizes that the availability of components and supply chain logistics is of paramount importance to meet the industry’s growing needs. GSAC has implemented an ammunition subscription service for USA residents. The subscription service is valued over $100,000,000 and will grow over time as many second amendment enthusiasts find it difficult to access reliable supplies of ammunition. Due to an increase in mass shootings in the USA GSAC has been approached to be part of the solution as a consequence of its knowledge of the ammunition and firearms supported by its experiences. GSAC is also conducting research and development in a system to protect schools, public libraries, churches, grocery stores, recreational facilities, and any vulnerable place to mass shootings. The system will be premised on Artificial Intelligence (AI), Radio Frequency Identification Device (RFID) System, Global Positioning Systems (GPS), Geo Fencing and a smart bullet technology.
These combined activities of GSAC will add more utility to the coin allowing for growth, market penetration and sustainable portfolios over time.
